Our featured On-the-Dot Catering™ menu allows hassle free ordering with only one week lead time.
For banquet catering we prefer you book at least 1 month in advance--especially during peak seasons--to ensure availability, but we may accept requests with as little as 2 week's notice. We do our best to accommodate everyone no matter when your event takes place.
Yes, we believe in letting our flavors speak for themselves.
Note: Tastings ($350) are deducted from the total cost of your catering service and are reserved for weddings and other formal parties of 200 or more. If you decide not to book an event with us, the $350 is non-refundable.

We understand that events can be dynamic. While we appreciate and encourage advance notice, we're flexible and will do our best to accommodate last-minute adjustments.
On-the-Dot Catering™: notice must be given at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery to qualify for a partial refund (total cost minus $350). Any cancellations made after this time will result in no refund.
Banquet Catering: cancellations made 30 days before the event will receive a full refund, while those made within two weeks will incur a 50% charge.
