Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, afrigourmet.shop (the "site") and our catering services. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Services

We provide catering services for various events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, and private parties. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Orders and Payments

• Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through our site for On-the-Dot Catering™ or by phone for banquet catering or tasting requests. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Pricing: All prices are listed on our site and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes & fees unless otherwise stated.
• Payments: For On-the-Dot Catering™, payments must be made in full at the time of order confirmation. For banquet catering and tastings, a $350 non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance being due 7 days prior to the event date. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our site.

Cancellations and Refunds

• For On-the-Dot Catering™, cancellation notice must be given at least 3 days prior to the event date, for a partial refund (total cost minus $350). Any cancellations less than 3 days will result in no refund.
• For banquet catering and tastings, cancellation notice must be given at least 30 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between days 15-29 will receive a 75% refund, and within 14 days or less will receive a 50% refund.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

We strive to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies. It is your responsibility to inform us of any specific dietary needs or allergies at the time of placing your order. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afri Gourmet LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our site and services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
